Meghan Markle Reflects on Feeling “Humbled” by Discovery of Nigerian Heritage

Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, recently shared her Nigerian roots through a genealogy test, calling the experience “humbling.”

During their inaugural visit to Nigeria, the couple is championing mental health support for soldiers and young girls. Markle, a vocal advocate for women’s rights and gender parity, noted the resonance of her Nigerian lineage with both men and women.
