BREAKING: Peter Obi, Atiku In Tears As Tribunal Decides In Favour Of Tinubu

Nigeria presidential tribunal upholds President Tinubu’s victory. President Bola Tinubu and his Vice Kashim Shetima are both fit, proper and qualified to be elected as President and Vice President ~ Justice Haruna Simon Tsammani.

Just exactly one month and four days after it concluded hearing in two separate petitions filed by presidential the candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, and that of Labour Party (LP), Mr Peter Obi, challenging the declaration of Bola Tinubu as President, the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Court today make known its findings on the matter, and uphold INEC declaration on Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the authentic winner of the 2023 presidential election.

Besides the petitions of Atiku and Obi, the presidential tribunal also delivered judgement in the petition by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) which seeks the disqualification of Tinubu from the February 25 presidential election on account of alleged unlawful nomination of the vice presidential candidate, Senator Kashim Shettima.
