Tinubu Mourns Nigeria’s First Female Major General

The first female Major-General of the Nigerian Army Medical Corps, Aderonke Kale, passed away. President of Nigeria Bola Tinubu has offered his sympathies.

Kale was the first female commander of the Nigerian Army Medical Corps. She passed away at the age of 84.

Tinubu commended Kale for her bravery, professionalism, ability, and fortitude in her role as a trailblazer.

He prayed for the late officer’s soul and urged her family to find comfort in her unmatched legacy. The passing of the late Major-General is a tragic loss for Nigeria.
