Fatal Truck Crash in Alexandria, Egypt

A truck crashed into four microbuses in Alexandria, Egypt, killing at least 15 people and injuring eight others.

The accident occurred in the Amreya district, west of the city, and involved speeding, poor road conditions, and poor enforcement of traffic regulations.

The truck overturned one microbus and set another on fire. Ambulances rushed to the scene and transported the injured to hospitals.

Road accidents in Egypt are common, with thousands of victims every year. In October, a passenger bus collided with a parked vehicle, killing at least 32 people.
