By Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas Strengthens Ties with Guinea-Bissau Amid Israel-Gaza Conflict
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas met with Guinea-Bissau’s President, Umaro Sissoco Embaló, in Ramallah.
Abbas informed Embaló about Israel’s war on Gaza and expressed gratitude for Guinea-Bissau’s support for the Palestinian people.
Abbas also expressed his eagerness to strengthen bilateral relations. Embalo, the first African leader to visit Israel since the Gaza war, met with Israel President Isaac Herzog before his visit.
