Roy Ayers Among Top Ten World Best Vibraphonist

Roy Ayers is an African American Vibraphonist & Vocalist. He’s one of the best top 10 Vibraphonists in the World. The legendary Fela Anikulapokuti featured Roy Ayers in the song “2000 blacks got to be free”. Sometimes in 1980, Taking up residence in Phonodisk Studios, located in the town of Ijebu Igbo, in Ogun state Nigeria, Ayers, and Fela recorded together a song in the album “Music Of Many Colours”.

The award-winning jazz vibraphonist, Ray moved into the R&B in the 1970s and 80s. Today, the dynamic music man is an iconic figure still in great demand globally.
