Sowore: Tinubu’s Administration Scores Zero After One Year of Failure

In a recent interview, #RevolutionNow convener Omoyele Sowore criticized President Bola Tinubu’s administration for failing so badly in the last year that there is nothing to score.

Sowore noted that inflation had skyrocketed to an unprecedented level, unemployment has become a major problem, and insecurity has worsened. He emphasized that Nigerians have yet to rescue the country from the political class that contributed immensely to the socio-economic challenges facing the country.

Sowore also lamented that the same people who benefited from the immediate past administration of Muhammadu Buhari remained in the corridors of power after Bola Tinubu took over as President.

He argued that the Yorubas are now facing “enikanloba” (only those who are affected will suffer) and the rest of Nigeria is facing “renowned shege,” which is the opposite of renowned hope. He emphasized that the same people who benefited from the immediate past administration of Muhammadu Buhari are still in charge of Nigeria.
