Aisha Abubakar, a women leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and a bandits’ informant, has confessed to receiving only N5000 from a ransom of N9 million and a motorcycle paid to bandits in Katsina State.
She allegedly organized the kidnapping of five members of the Tsaiyaya Ward APC chairman’s family and was paid the sum.
In a viral interogatry video, Abubakar revealed providing information leading to the kidnap of Alhaji Sanusi, two wives, and three children of the chairman.
She was given a share of N5000 after the ransom, with the balance to be paid after her return from a wedding ceremony in Zaria.
