Kano Government Charges Ex-Governor Ganduje for Misappropriation

The Kano State Government has brought new charges against former governor Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje and former Commissioner for Justice Musa Lawan for criminal conspiracy and misappropriation.

They allegedly violated Section 308 of the Penal Code, punishable under Section 309 of the same code, as amended under CAP 105, Volume 2 of the Laws of Kano State of Nigeria.

The charges relate to alleged abuse of office, punishable under Sections 97 and 315. The state government plans to call four witnesses, with no set date for the arraignment.
