CDS Musa Alive and Well: Defence Headquarters

The Defence Headquarters has denied reports that Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, has died.

The statement, signed by Brigadier General Tukur Gusau, Director of Defence Information, described the reports as unfortunate, unethical, and false.

The Defence Headquarters has been drawn to an unfortunate publication by an online news paper alleging that Musa passed away.

According to the statement, Musa is still very much alive and well and has gone back to work with greater zeal to continue using his unique leadership style to advance the Nigerian Armed Forces.

Since then, the online publication has apologized to Musa, his family, and the Nigerian Armed Forces and withdrew the news article.
